Founder
Our Founder
All On Dental was founded by Ilayda Palabıyık, who has spent years working directly with international dental patients and clinics in Istanbul.
Her background includes working within a global dental booking platform, where she collaborated with clinics across multiple countries, reviewed clinic standards, and supported patients through the booking and treatment process. Over time, she moved into leadership roles and worked closely with both clinics and patients across different regions.
Through that experience, she saw that many patients still needed more consistent, personal support once they arrived for treatment. Communication gaps, uncertainty after returning home, and lack of follow-up were common concerns. All On Dental was created to provide a more hands-on and continuous level of coordination.
Today, Ilayda remains personally involved in patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up. Many patients know her directly through consultations and ongoing contact throughout their treatment journey. The aim is to provide structured guidance and continuity while patients receive treatment directly from licensed clinics at their standard pricing.
