Terms and conditions for using All On Dental LTD services. Read our terms before booking dental treatments in Turkey.

1. General Provisions

1.1

The following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals using the services provided through All On Dental Istanbul and related services offered by All On Dental LTD. (“We,” “Us,” “Company,” “All On Dental,” etc.). Individuals using our services shall hereinafter be referred to as (“You,” “Patient,” “User,” etc.).

1.2

All On Dental is a healthcare tourism facilitation and coordination service provider working with healthcare facilities authorized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye and licensed healthcare professionals.

1.3

We provide coordination between patients and healthcare facilities regarding treatment planning processes, operational arrangements, reservation procedures, patient support, and communication services.

1.4

Medical responsibility regarding diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical procedures, prescriptions, anesthesia applications, clinical decisions, and treatment execution belongs entirely to the relevant healthcare facility and the healthcare professionals performing the treatment.

1.5

These Terms and Conditions constitute the only valid terms governing the use of our services. Any differing conditions shall not apply unless expressly accepted by us in writing.

1.6

All On Dental reserves the right to update, revise, or clarify these Terms and Conditions, operational policies, and patient support procedures in line with operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

1.7

As a consumer, you may access the Turkish Online Dispute Resolution Platform through the following link: Turkish Mediation Platform Unless required by applicable law, All On Dental is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.


2. Scope of Services

2.1

Our services include healthcare tourism coordination, patient support, appointment organization, treatment planning processes, accommodation coordination, transportation organization, operational support, and communication support related to dental treatments provided by licensed healthcare facilities located in Türkiye.

2.2

Through our website and communication channels, patients may request information regarding dental treatments, estimated treatment options, availability, pricing estimates, and healthcare facility coordination.

2.3

Online quotations, preliminary treatment plans, and estimated costs are based solely on the information, photographs, videos, X-rays, CBCT scans, and medical data provided remotely by the patient.

2.4

Final treatment plans, treatment duration, implant numbers, additional procedures, and final pricing may change following in-person examination, radiological evaluation, CBCT analysis, and clinical assessment by the relevant healthcare professionals.

2.5

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or terminate coordination services in cases of medical necessity, operational impossibility, legal restrictions, or where healthcare professionals determine treatment to be unsuitable.

2.6

Accommodation, transfer, transportation, and other third-party service providers are independent entities. All On Dental coordinates these services for patient convenience; however, All On Dental shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, damages, losses, injuries, or service failures caused by third-party providers.


3. User Obligations and Conditions of Use

3.1

You must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to use our services.

3.2

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical information including, but not limited to:

  • Existing medical conditions
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Smoking habits
  • Alcohol or substance use
  • Previous surgeries
  • Dental treatment history
  • Pregnancy status
  • Chronic illnesses

3.3

You agree to immediately inform us if any medical or personal information previously provided changes before treatment.

3.4

In the event of inaccurate or incomplete medical information being provided, treatment may be postponed, cancelled, or refused, and All On Dental shall not be held responsible for any resulting medical risks.

3.5

By contacting us through our website, WhatsApp, email, forms, or other communication channels, you consent to being contacted regarding your treatment process, appointments, follow-ups, and patient support services.

3.6

By sharing photographs, X-rays, CBCT scans, videos, or other treatment-related materials, you consent to such materials being used solely for treatment coordination, medical evaluation, operational planning, and patient support purposes.


4. Payment Terms

4.1

The following payment terms apply to the use of our services and operational coordination processes.

4.2

Preliminary evaluations, consultation support, and patient coordination services may be provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

4.3

Payments may be made within the scope of reservation procedures, operational planning, patient coordination, organizational services, and agreed treatment processes.

4.4

Payments may be made via bank transfer, payment link, credit card, debit card, cash, or other approved payment methods.

4.5

Depending on the payment method used, bank charges, intermediary bank fees, exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, or card processing fees may apply.

4.6

Promotional pricing, discounted offers, or fixed-price applications may depend on deposit payment, reservation confirmation, or specific treatment dates.

4.7

By making payment, the patient acknowledges that operational preparation, planning, reservation, and coordination processes may begin immediately.


5. Coupons and Promotions

5.1

Coupons, promotions, referral discounts, or special campaigns may only be used under the conditions specified by All On Dental.

5.2

Unless expressly stated otherwise, campaigns may not be combined.

5.3

Coupons are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5.4

All On Dental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions, referral programs, or campaigns.


6. Referral Reward Program

6.1

Referral reward programs may be offered subject to specific campaign conditions.

6.2

Referral rewards are only valid for completed treatments where full payment has been made.

6.3

Referral rewards do not apply to cancelled, refunded, incomplete, or disputed payments.

6.4

All On Dental reserves the right to reject or cancel referral rewards in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, or policy violations.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1

All On Dental operates solely as a healthcare tourism facilitation and coordination service provider.

7.2

Medical responsibility, treatment decisions, surgical procedures, prescriptions, anesthesia applications, complications, and clinical outcomes belong entirely to the relevant healthcare facility and healthcare professionals.

7.3

All On Dental shall not be held liable for:

  • Medical complications
  • Treatment dissatisfaction
  • Biological healing differences
  • Implant failure
  • Bone loss
  • Allergic reactions
  • Delayed healing
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Interventions performed by other dentists
  • Third-party accommodation or transportation issues

7.4

These provisions shall not apply where liability cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

7.5

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, All On Dental’s total liability shall be limited to the total amount directly paid by the patient to All On Dental.


8. Dental Treatment Support & Guarantee Policy

8.1

Certain dental treatments may be covered under limited support and guarantee conditions, provided that maintenance and follow-up requirements are fulfilled.

8.2

Dental implant systems may be subject to manufacturer warranty conditions where applicable.

8.3

Guarantees may become invalid under the following circumstances:

  • Smoking
  • Bruxism (teeth grinding)
  • Poor oral hygiene
  • Failure to attend regular check-ups
  • Trauma or accidents
  • Interventions performed by other dentists
  • Pregnancy-related complications
  • Uncontrolled systemic diseases
  • Failure to follow medical instructions

8.4

In the event of a complaint, the patient agrees to provide updated X-rays, CBCT scans, dentist reports, clinical photographs, and relevant explanations.

8.5

Each case may be evaluated individually and, where deemed appropriate, support, corrective treatment, retreatment, or discounted solutions may be offered.

8.6

Flight, accommodation, or transportation support may only be offered at the company’s discretion following clinical review and evaluation and shall not constitute an admission of liability.


9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

9.1

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the treatment date are eligible for a 100% refund.

9.2

Cancellations made between 15–30 days before the treatment date are eligible for a 50% refund.

9.3

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the treatment date are non-refundable.

9.4

Medical emergencies may be considered as exceptions upon submission of proper documentation from a licensed physician.

9.5

Approved refunds shall be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

9.6 Reservation & Operational Planning

Following booking confirmation and payment, All On Dental may begin operational coordination processes including treatment planning, hotel reservations, transfer arrangements, laboratory preparations, doctor scheduling, and IV Sedation or General Anesthesia reservations. Certain operational services and third-party reservations may become partially or fully non-refundable once confirmed.

9.7 Deposits & Prepayments

Deposits and prepayments may be used to secure treatment dates, promotional pricing, and operational arrangements. By proceeding with payment, the patient acknowledges that operational preparation and reservation processes may begin immediately.

9.8 IV Sedation & General Anesthesia Reservations

IV Sedation and General Anesthesia services require advance planning and coordination with licensed anesthesia professionals and healthcare facilities. Once confirmed, reservation, staffing, and operational costs related to sedation or anesthesia may become partially or fully non-refundable in the event of cancellation, postponement, no-show, flight delay, or scheduling changes.

9.9 Non-Refundable Operational Costs

Refund amounts may be subject to deductions including:

  • Hotel reservation costs
  • Transportation reservation costs
  • IV Sedation or General Anesthesia reservation costs
  • Third-party healthcare staffing costs
  • Banking and transaction fees
  • Laboratory or custom production costs
  • Administrative and operational coordination expenses

9.10 Rescheduling Requests

Patients may request to reschedule treatment dates subject to operational availability. Previously paid amounts may, at the company’s discretion, be held as credit toward future treatment within a reasonable validity period. Additional charges may apply where new reservations or operational arrangements are required.

9.11 Travel Delays & No-Show

Missed flights, visa issues, accommodation problems, transportation delays, or failure to attend scheduled appointments shall not create entitlement to refunds or immediate rescheduling rights. Additional operational costs may apply where new arrangements are required.

9.12 Medical Suitability

Treatment, IV Sedation, and General Anesthesia procedures remain subject to medical evaluation and approval by the relevant healthcare professionals. Alternative solutions may be offered where procedures cannot be safely performed following medical assessment.

9.13 Force Majeure

All On Dental shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Flight cancellations
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Political events
  • Medical emergencies

Reasonable efforts shall be made to support rescheduling where possible.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication and written review procedures.

10.2

Patients agree to provide the necessary medical documents, X-rays, reports, and supporting materials before initiating formal legal proceedings.

10.3

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, the Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

10.4

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.


11. Final Provisions

11.1

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

11.2

Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

11.3

The patient may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations arising from these Terms without prior written consent.

11.4

Official notices may be provided via email, WhatsApp, or other communication methods shared by the patient.
